USING BRAINSTEADY™ LIQUID AND CAPSULES

BrainSteady™ Capsules

• Ages 4–8: 1 capsule daily.
• Ages 9–12: 2 capsules daily.
• Ages 13 and older: 3 capsules daily.

Capsules may be swallowed or opened and mixed into a small amount of soft food. The daily amount may be divided between morning and afternoon when that better fits the routine.

BrainSteady™ Liquid

• Ages 4–8: 10 pumps (2 mL) daily.
• Ages 9–12: 20 pumps (4 mL) daily.
• Ages 13 and older: 30 pumps (6 mL) daily.

Shake well before use. The liquid may be taken directly or mixed into juice, another preferred beverage, a smoothie, or soft food. Keep it at room temperature, protect it from heat, light, and moisture, and use it within 60 days of opening.

Make consistency easier

Choose two dependable points in the day, keep the product where the routine happens, and use the same small cup, spoon, or food when mixing. If taste sensitivity is an issue, mix the serving into a small amount first so the full amount is easier to finish.
